Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FinalScore (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and their amendments. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FinalScore. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create accounts by automated means, create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or impersonate any person or entity.

FinalScore is a free-to-play football prediction game. Users predict match scores and goalscorers to earn points, XP, and badges. There is no entry fee, prize money, or monetary reward of any kind.

Match data is sourced from third-party providers (API-Football, football-data.org). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match data, scores, or player information.

We reserve the right to modify scoring rules, point values, badge criteria, or any other feature at any time. Changes to rules take effect from the date of announcement and do not affect previously scored predictions retroactively unless explicitly stated.

Predictions lock server-side 10 minutes before kickoff. In the rare event of a technical failure that causes the lock to not apply correctly, we reserve the right to void any predictions submitted after the scheduled lock time, regardless of whether the platform accepted them.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit predictions or manipulate standings
• Exploit bugs or unintended behaviour to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban. Where practicable, we will provide prior notice. We may act without notice where immediate action is required to protect the Service, other users, or in cases of severe or repeated abuse.

All team names, club crests, competition logos, and related marks are trademarks and intellectual property of their respective owners (clubs, national associations, FIFA, UEFA, and other governing bodies). FinalScore is an independent fan product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club or organisation.

The FinalScore application, design, code, and original content are owned by FinalScore and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service: your email address, username, and prediction history. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data will always be accurate.

Points and standings may occasionally be recalculated if data corrections are received from providers. We are not liable for any decisions made based on predictions, standings, or data displayed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, FinalScore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of points, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed ₹0, as the Service is provided free of charge.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

On termination, your prediction history and points are no longer accessible. We are not obligated to retain your data after account deletion.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer. Complaints or concerns about the Service or these Terms may be directed to:
